1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and submitting a qualification application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide a lead-acquisition and qualification system designed to deliver pre-qualified, exclusive booked estimates to contractors. Our services include building personalized qualification funnels, managing lead pipelines, and supporting territory-based client acquisition.

3. The 20 Booked Estimates Guarantee

Our performance guarantee provides that, subject to the terms agreed upon in your service agreement, we will deliver 20 booked estimates within 30 days. If we fail to meet this commitment under the agreed conditions, we will continue working at no additional cost until the commitment is fulfilled. Specific terms, conditions, and exclusions are detailed in your individual service agreement.

4. Territory Exclusivity

Exclusive territories are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, with one contractor per trade per market. Exclusivity terms are defined in your service agreement and may be subject to availability and performance requirements.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your qualification application.
• Respond promptly to qualified leads and booked estimates.
• Maintain professional conduct with all referred clients.
• Comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements in your service area.

6. Intellectual Property

All funnels, ad assets, lead pipelines, and automation workflows built and integrated into your business are owned by you. However, the underlying methodologies, systems, and branding remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

8. No Guarantee of Results Beyond the Agreement

While we stand behind our 20 Booked Estimates guarantee, we cannot guarantee specific revenue, closing rates, or business outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your sales process, pricing, and market conditions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms set forth therein. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations and ownership terms specified in the agreement will remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
